		<description>To call these pantry pancakes is not terribly accurate.  The original recipe never had whole wheat flour in it, only one egg, and less baking powder.

In addition to the above recipe I highly recommend replacing 12oz of the milk with Kerns Apricot nectar.  The end results are amazing, extremely good even cold.  Make small ones for bite size snacks enjoyed by kids and adults.</description>
